A Brief Statement of Faith & Purpose

 

We Believe:

 

1. The verbal inspiration and authority of the Scriptures, the Holy Bible.  We use the King James 1611 version in all English services. 
2. The  Bible reveals God, the fall of man, the way of salvation and God’s planned purpose throughout the ages.
3.  In God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
4. Salvation “by grace” plus nothing minus nothing.
5. That men are justified by faith alone and are accounted righteous before God only through the merit of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
6. In the visible, personal, and premillenial return of Jesus Christ.
7. In the everlasting, conscious blessedness of the saved and the everlasting punishment of the lost.
8. The Local Church should operate with complete autonomy.
9. Our purpose is to glorify Christ by reaching people with His message, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and encourage Christians to reach their full spiritual potential for Him.

10. The Bible is the sole and final source of all that we believe.
